On the eve of this Independence day though the PM Modi did not announce any new welfare schemes but Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, a self proclaimed next PM comes up with exciting slew of projects & schemes like ,
(1) Student Credit Card scheme under which Rs. four lakh interest free loan will be given to students for pursuing higher education,
(2) Rs. 1,000 per month to youths in the age group of 20 to 25 for two years to help them in searching jobs,
(3) Language Training and Computer Knowledge to youths in all 534 blocks,
(4)Rs.5,000 crore to help young entrepreneurs to start their ventures ,
(5)Free Wi-fi facility in all state universities and colleges from February 2017 etc. for the people of Bihar.
To achieve this target and  fulfilling aspirations of people Govt needs finances. The fiscal deficit of Bihar has been estimated at Rs 16,014.26 crore, which was 2.87% of the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) at Rs 55,8808.65 crore for the year 2016-17. And it would not be an exaggeration to say that Bihar is still suffering from financial paralysis. Thus in this hardship situation giving Rs.1000 a month to youths for 2 yrs. just for finding a job makes no sense. Instead Govt. must come up with some employment guarantee schemes by setting up small scale industries which would boost the morale and confidence in youths. But Mr. Chief minister is directly giving a fish to his people instead of teaching how to catch it.

History of Monogamy

Monogamy is as old as Adam. From the beginning, through the generations,even to this day, monogamy, polygamy and celibacy are known forms of marriage. The word monogamy comes from the Greek 'monos' which means Alone and 'gamos' which means marriage. Basically, Monogamy is a form of marriage when one man only marries one woman. Historical Background of Monogamy : The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 strictly prohibits the Hindus to practice polygamy and made legalized monogamy is the law and practice of the Hindu society. Ever since the Vedic times in India, monogamy has been the most dominant form of marriage being practiced by the Hindus. Every man and woman are expected to remain faithful towards their partner.
